Shayne graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, in 2013, after which she joined CSMC as a Sports Trainer.

Shayne had previously worked in the Singapore Armed Forces as a Physical Training Instructor. She also conducted bootcamps which utilizes both bodyweight and equipment such as kettlebells in New Zealand.

Shayne has a wealth of experience coaching various categories of personal clients, ranging from those who have suffered from injuries, chronic diseases and weight and performance issues, to developing motor skills in young children as a soccer coach. She understands the importance of catering to each individual in order to reach their personal goals effectively.

Shayne's interest lies in injury rehabilitation. She hopes to help improve the quality of life of each individual through a holistic approach. As the Deputy Director of Public Outreach in EIMS, she has also trained Doctors and Allied Health Professionals both locally and at an international level, to prescribe exercise as a treatment and prevention of chronic diseases and injuries.

On a personal level, Shayne enjoys various sports, with a particular interest in ball games such as soccer, of which she skippered her junior college team in. She strongly believes in staying active regardless of age and conditions, especially through play and personal interests.
