Natural Kinetic ExercisesTM (NKE):

"For a COMPLETE BODY!"

Your body is ONE unit and not a group of unattached muscles so why train them individually by doing lateral raises, kickbacks etc?!

Can you have a great body without a 'state-of-art' gym?

Gyms are everywhere. But there is one big problem associated with such commercial gyms: The equipment. Yes, the equipment. Many people associate good gym with many sophisticated equipment. But the opposite is true. A real gym should have minimal, unsophisticated equipment but be equipped with proper training instructions with great emphasis on training the body as a unit.

Most of the equipment you see in the gyms are not necessary to help you achieve a great body. They are more for 'show case' purposes. Competitions are keen in the fitness industry, so in order to beat the competitors, these gyms must have the latest, most advanced and the most equipment to attract members.

So the question is: do these equipment work you better? The answer is no. Only you is the true master of your own physique and you should exercise from that perspective.

Introducing Natural Kinetic Exercises

Natural Kinetic ExercisesTM (NKE) is a another creation of the founder of Fitness Tutor. They are exercises that our bodies prefer to train and respond best to. He realised that doing a strict gym workout will not produce the best looking nor the best conditioned body, they must be combined with some form exercises that work the body as a unit to bring out the best in you

NKE train the body as a linked system rather than targeting muscles in isolation. It refers to exercises done with your bodyweight or minimal equipment that aims to challenge the body naturally to build superior shape, health and fitness.

Typical weight training routines, that sweep across the world in the 70s-90s era, is the root of the problems we see now. One may help to build muscle in isolation but you usually end up with chunky, unnatural looks and a weaker physique than a NKE trained body. Shouldn't one be as fit and strong as he/she looks? By incorporating NKE in your program, you will even out all the imbalances and all the shortcomings of the physique from a typical weight / bodybuilding routine. That is also why people always say bodybuilders have that 'unnatural' look.

Some of you have done these exercises at one time or another during their school or army days but that's only the tip of the iceberg that you have tasted. Some innovated twists are added to these exercises enhance their effectiveness and the whole idea of NKE was formed.

For example: instead of doing traditional pushups on the floor, we do them with feet on fitball or hand(s) on a medicine ball. This makes the simple pushup many many times harder to do and much more effective as a body sculptor than a pec-dec machine.

NKE puts your muscles under unstable conditions and will work all your muscles (main, stabilizing and core muscles) and connective tissues to the max. The advantages of NKE over machines and traditional weight training routine are numerous:

  1. develop functional strength that has carry over effect to everyday activities like lifting your child, picking up heavy objects off the ground (e.g. furniture) and dealing with real demand of life.
  2. lesser risks of injuries
  3. help to recover from injuries
  4. promote faster recovery
  5. less taxing on the central nervous system
  6. develop greater core strength
  7. develop agility, balance, muscular endurance, muscular strength cardiovascular endurance, coordination, speed, flexibility, power almost all simultaneously
  8. develop a very proportionate physique instead of a chunky unnatural look. For women, you get a slender and toned body and men,  a trimmed and hard look.
  9. safer, easier and less intimidating to do. No fear of being stuck under a weight or weight dropping on you.
  10. have profound effects on metabolism
  11. improve performance in sports. This is much better than a typical strength and conditioning programs for sports.
  12. Fun to do!

Need proof NKE are better?

Better bodies built!

In the latest movie '300' the Spartan warriors had developed their superb looking and incredibly fit physiques using training methods similar to NKE when they were trying to get in shape for the screen. They did not perform the old-fashioned gym workouts.

Also look the physiques of the some of the better developed professionals (uniformed personnel, boxers, models, mixed martial artists, gymnasts, track and field athletes etc.) who have incorporated of lot these kind of training in their workouts. They look totally natural, every part in good proportions and far better developed than the average gym goers! The body parts flow and merge with the other parts. Talk about body beautiful! Nothing like a 'Lego' like physique which is the product of 'strict gym workout'. Yikes!

Fighting fit

Using NKE will not make you look good but transform you into a fighting machine! Such training are not for the weak iron pumpers who are only interested in showy, bulging but largely useless muscles. It is meant for those who truly want a physique that is mean and tough. If you want a body that says 'don't mess with me. I am dangerous and I can hurt you', this is the type of training for you.

Do not mistaken, we are not saying that machines are totally useless. They have their place in the world of fitness and you will probably not achieve maximum size if you avoid them entirely. The secret is to use them sparingly and when combined with NKE, you will reap the benefits of both and be on the road to physical supremacy!

Gear up for your physically demanding jobs or sports

If you are playing certain sports professionally or have a job that demands great real life physical fitness when the time calls for it,  NKE is one of the best tools you can't do without.

Some examples how NKE can help

  • Ruby: by using a combination of compound weight training, sandbag (unstable weight to simulate your opponents), thick bar (building gripping strength), general conditioning and other training, you will build aggression, strength, speed, agility and endurance necessary to beat your opponents hands down. Bottom line: you will end up becoming a tougher, better warrior and a fearsome competitor.
  • Uniformed groups (policemen, firemen, soldiers etc): their jobs require a lot of physical strength, endurance, balance and coordination. Without them, during the times of distress (e.g. fighting criminals, fire, war), one may lose the fight or have to struggle very hard to win. Either ways, the end results are devastating. NKE help to condition these heroes by putting their body through training that simulate their real-life jobs. For a fireman, NKE sandbag training can help to simulates the task of carrying human (both in size and shape) or the heavy hoses.

All our programs (BTPs and HTPs) incorporate NKE as part of the training. It makes no difference whether your goal is to become the fittest guy around or you just want to get well from a bypass. The load and intensity will be adjusted to fit you.

If you want to learn in details, all the NKE techniques and apply to your own training for yourself, your team or organisation, write to us. We also conduct NKE certification program for teachers, physical instructors, officers, coaches and trainers.
