Founder of Fitness
Tutor
"Transforming
busy professionals since 1998"
Paul Kuck
distinguished himself as one of the world's top personal fitness trainers and you will
agree very shortly. He is one of those who can say he is a professional and means it. He
is dedicated and 110% committed to help individuals attain their fitness goals and he
always delivers. Tell him your fitness problems and he will start to map out a solution
for you.
He is not one
who tries to impress anyone in his tanktops, speaks jargons, sells himself, yells like a
platoon sergeant, massages you or holds you 100% accountable for failures. Not because he
couldn't do all these but he is a fitness educator who will lead you in calm assertive
manner and has you highly charged with motivation with his unqiue 'in safe hands' style.
As a communicator, he can connect to you at any level.
Clients'
Profile
His clients are
mostly the highly educated and sophisticated busy professionals who do not have the luxury
to train 3-6 days a week nor eat a perfect diet. They need real expert help from someone
who understands them better than anyone (including themselves) because they have health
challenges and work in highly stressed environment.
Over 70% of them
suffer from at least one health risk factor or symptom (high blood pressure, overweight,
high blood cholesterol, palpitations, etc.). About 5% have more serious conditions like
cancer, stroke, heart diseases etc. Another 5% have 'extraordinary' goals. He works closely with top medical specialists to ensure maximum safety and
best results for his clients. Whatever their conditions are, he can transform them
with the utmost confidence.
With all the
successes he's had with clients, bar he's set for other trainers and personal
achievements, a reporter once asked him if he's the
Numero Uno person in fitness..
To
that, he answered: "No. I am number two, still trying". Even so, he is
considered by many 'the person to see' as far as fitness and health are concerned.
An acclaimed writer, presenter, drug-free athlete,
model, centre manager, and trainer of trainers. For
nearly three decades, Paul has been passionate about the health and fitness. He is not your armchair
fitness theoreticians who have only academic background or gym trainer with pseudo
knowledge that are derived from own training, hearsay or references to muscle magazines
(usually not supported by research). His approach is strongly based on scientific studies
and extensive experience.
Paul has been cited by HealthToday
as "the authority of fitness and health in the region". Global Fitness,
an international leading fitness management company, considers him a "world class
trainer".
And here are some top professionals'
comments about him:
Dr Michael Hor, Law Professor at
NUS: "..even more striking is Paul's absolute commitment and dedication to his
work... It will be difficult to find someone else like Paul";
Ms Eileen Lau, Spokesperson, DBS
Bank: "Paul is among the few fitness professionals I've come across who can give
you the kind of 360 degree counsel backed by solid academic credentials, practical
experience, and a sincere passion for what he's doing".
Ms Carol Ho, a client who used to hold a senior
position in Singtel, wrote in her personal diary: "My PT (Paul) has this very
special way of making people like me feel very comfortable about themselves and their
bodies".

Early
on..
When young, he
had a 'fat but thin' and sickly body with possibly the worst genetics for physical
activities. He read fitness books at an age of 7 (p/s: he was talking about biceps and
pectorals while other kids were still playing with the latest remote controlled cars, game
cards etc), started flirting with exercise equipment and competed in sports. Years later, he transformed himself into a superfit teenager. He even won
a 2nd runners-up position in the National Bodybuilding Competition (under 20).
How's that for a
real-life 'ugly duckling' story?
Later...
Fast forwarding
to adulthood, he actually ended up in the wrong track (he studied engineering and became a
product designer in the early stages which later set a solid foundation for his fitness
career in a few ways: good understanding of mechanical and movement science and the mental
stress relating to the corporate work) but continued his passion for fitness.
Didn't quite
enjoy his engineering jobs, he decided to enter into the fitness industry. He started by
acquiring a list of fitness certifications and a Master's Degree in Exercise and
Nutrition, trained a few clients and dramatically transformed their body, health and
fitness.

A
Thought Leader: putting theories into practice, and practice into systems
Many fitness
junkies know a handful of exercises, whereas Paul knows at his fingertips thousands
of exercises and hundreds of routines. And what separates him from the wannabees is that
he invents exercises and creates new routines.
His current
physique, strength, endurance and flexibility must be witnessed to be appreciated. While
most people have difficulties in passing the IPPT, he has attained a perfect score every
single time, and securing Gold (with timing required of Commando/Diver standard for the
2.4km run) most of the time. And he has done so without training frantically everyday nor
need to use dangerous chemical agents which are often used by those who are seeking quick
results, ignoring the harmful side effects. What's fascinating is that his current total
training hours a week is less than 3 hours! Now compare this to those who need to
train at least 3 hours a day, everyday (total hours a week: 27 hours)!
He knows that in
order to achieve a great body and fitness, smart training and work ethics are important.
He fully understands the concepts of leveraging, systemising and synergism, and applies
them successfully to all his programs and work. His techniques are fast capturing
the attention of trainers around the world as clients demand faster results with little
time commitment.
His creations: Body-Transformation-ProgramsTM
and Health-Transformation-ProgramsTM
(involving revolutionary training methods like Natural Kinetic ExercisesTM , Be a Walking GymTM and
special eating strategies like Eat-On-DemandTM)
have helped transform the lives of many of his clients, students and their clients.
His latest program Paulfect ItTM
, is a premium program for individuals who want the ultimate customised program involving
highly complex issues solvable only by someone who has seen and done it all. Many believe
that this will revolutionise the fitness and health industry like his other
programs.
Paul also
implemented weight management workshops and programs for schools and companies in the 90s,
long before many people understand the meaning of 'weight management'.

clients say about Paul, his team and their programs.

is often engaged by many high profile professionals (usually the who's who of their
respective industry, high flyers and the VIPs) for private coaching for themselves and
their loved ones. These are the people who can truly appreciate, respect and reap the full
rewards of engaging the best person for a job, just like themselves, and only want the
BEST outcome without cutting corners. Their professions include ministers, CEOs,
specialist surgeons, lawyers, bankers, lecturers, engineers, athletes, physiotherapists,
celebrities, accountants, IT specialists, directors, pageant winners, senior
executives, entrepreneurs, other consultants and people holding key positions in
government agencies. Their fitness status initially ranged from being 'barely able to
walk' to 'superfit' category.
Note
that all his clients actually pay and use his services for results, not just some stars
who use a service (most actually never use) for free or even paid by the service providers
to endorse.
He's
had other trainers as far as USA, Indonesia, Australia, England, China, Brazil, Scotland,
Hong Kong, India etc to understudy him and become top professional trainers themselves..
