Attention
ALL fitness fanatics:
"Do
you want to be considered as a true FITNESS EXPERT?"
Do you wish to
acquire the best practical knowledge that even 10 certification courses, can not AFFORD to
teach you?
Once you are
considered a true fitness expert, you will find see your own and your client's progresses
skyrocketing.
If you are not at
the level yet, we will help you get there.
Hey pal, if you or
others call yourself a fitness fanatics and you claim your gym is your second home, then
you must be a expert. Afterall, you have been dispensing advises when people come to you.
But truly, are you there yet?
If you are an
expert, you should be able to do these at the snap of your fingers: design a 'Plateau
Free' program. Yes that's right, design a program that one would consistently make
progress weeks after week, month after month and year after year.
PLATEAU is one word
you and many exercises don't want to hear. It is the very period your body stop to respond
to all you punishing workouts. Apart from the initial gains you had when first started
out, the progress seems to come to a grinding halt shortly after, no matter how hard you
try. In fact, the harder you try, the worst the situation becomes. You may end up with
overtraining or worst, getting yourself injured.
If this sounds
familiar, here is the good news: a make continual gains in your body and fitness is not as
difficult as you think. But take note, you may have to forget what you already know about
fitness and exercise, especially if you have using the useless routines from fitness and
bodybuilding magazines.
If you think that
hitting a plateau means you have reached the 'peak', then you have a long way to go, where
fitness knowledge is concerned. You can probably reach 'hundreds' of plateau before really
reaching the 'peak'.
Test your
knowledge here
So if you think you
know everything there is about exercise, you would be in for a rude awakening. Ok here are
some simple fitness related questions to test your current level of knowledge:
- Do you know the
exact way to do a bench press? Should you put your feet up or down?
- What type of cardio
program is the best?
- Is there a lower abs
exercise?
- What is the best way
to make your arms grow?
- Can you do a perfect
squat?
- Do you know what is
a snatch?
- The best diet to
lose fat is: 1) low carb diet 2) high carb diet 3) neither?
- What are the harmful
effects of using a smith machine?
- Can you design a fat
loss cum muscle building program?
- Should you use a
weightlifting belt? Why or why not?
If you can
confidently answer SOME of the questions, then my friend, you are probably a true expert
of fitness. We will bow to you. Come join us as a trainer now, we need you!
If not, DON'T YOU ever call yourself a
serious exerciser, a gym fanatics or expert until you have attended this course!
Here's an example
what you can learn from us:
Many people love to
use machines to work their muscles. While there is nothing wrong about using them, but if
80% of your workouts involve exercises with machines, then it is a problem. One, machines
are not the most effective way to train the muscles. Second, they cause the supporting
tissues to be weakened after some time and you can get injured very easily.
The better way to
train is to use free weights and 'natural
kinetic exercises' (NKE). Bench press is an example of free weight and pushups is an
example of NKE.
Still
not convinced?
Are you yelling
pushups are easy and are meant for beginners? The fact is that most people don't even know
how to do a proper pushup!
Would you believe
if you can develop outstanding chest just by doing nothing except pushups?
Take a look at this
simple pushup routine:
- 1 set x 10 reps -
normal feet on floor
- 1 set x 10 reps -
feet on bench
- 1 set x 10 reps -
feet on fitball
- 1 set x 8 reps -
feet on fitball, on a bench
This is a simple
program for an seasoned exerciser! You will feel at the completion of the above exercises,
your chest is ready to explode. The end result? Within weeks, yes only weeks, you will
have chest muscles so good people think you have silicon implants!
We hear you saying
even these pushups are chicken feet? Fair enough, let's try something harder. Incorporate
some intensification techniques like:
- super slow reps
- 100 reps
- 1 and 1 half reps
- Static holds
- Giant sets
Or try variations
of pushups like:
- Staggered pushups
- Offset pushups
- Hindu pushups
- Small balls pushups
- Adjacent pushups
- Reverse pushups
- Board pushups
- Ring pushups
- Crushing pushups
- Jackknife pushups
- Push pushups
- Double trouble
pushups
- Rope pushups
- Knob pushups
- 1 arm pushups
- etc.
For those of you
who think pushups are easy and would not do a thing for you, think again. Most of you have
been brain-washed by what you already knew and will be doubtful. This is not surprising.
But believe us, these are killers and they can build muscles on you 10x faster than your
regular cable cross machine!
This is just a
simple example how a simple exercise can be evolved into a super exercise. And the great
thing is this: these techniques can be applied on any exercise you already know.
Don't
get lock in a mindset that will prevent you from improving and improving
If you
think exercise is about training a muscle with some exercises, 3 setx x 8-12 rpes etc
